Engagements are conducted in controlled environments with confidentiality and professionalism, and reports are shared solely with approved client contacts. Any references to third-party platforms or tools are provided for transparency and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for those services. DevCode Red Team LLC is registered in the State of Texas, and all legal matters will be governed by applicable Texas law in Tarrant County. DevCode Red Team LLC provides professional cybersecurity consulting services including, but not limited to:
• Red Team Simulations

• Physical & Social Engineering Assessments (if scoped)
• Cybersecurity Automation & Advisory
Services are rendered based on defined scope agreements and authorized testing approvals.

Authorized Use
All engagements require explicit written consent from clients before any testing, scanning, or simulated attack is conducted. We do not provide unauthorized hacking or any services that violate U.S. law or client jurisdiction.

Confidentiality
All findings, client information, and access credentials shared during assessments are kept confidential. Final reports are shared only with the designated client point-of-contact unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability Limitations
DevCode Red Team LLC is not liable for:
• Business interruptions during authorized testing
• Misuse of our reports or tools by third parties
• Incidents resulting from undisclosed systems or false scoping
Services are provided “as is,” without warranties or guarantees of full remediation.

Payment Terms
Payment is due according to terms defined in your Statement of Work (SOW). A 50% deposit may be required before kickoff. Late payments may delay reporting or engagement delivery.

Intellectual Property
All reports, workflows, methodologies, and related content produced by DevCode Red Team LLC remain proprietary unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.

Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
• Client misrepresents authorization
• Engagement scope is violated
• Illegal activity is suspected

Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.
